Cpanel Email Account create Error: No specific error was returned with the failed API Call

Email account creation from Cpanel results in this error. Generally, this error is encountered while there is appropriate file structure is not present on file manager.

Solution:

  1. Login to your Cpanel Account.

  2. Go To File Manager. Make sure that the following folders are present.

    public_html
    public_ftp
    mail
    etc
    

Facing an issue with the cPanel update. Please refer to cPanel > Rebuild RPM for more details.

Mostly, the absence of etc folder at home directory causes this error. That's It. Try to create an email account and it will get created without any error.
