Problem Statement

Unable to add domain (which is not pointing to cPanel server.) in cPanel

Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ipsremotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver."

We have fixed this issue by following steps

  1. Login to WHM.
  2. Locate Tweak settings.
  3. Under Domains, Enable Allow remote domains option.
  4. Save and Exit.
