Here are the steps you can follow to enable TLS in different browsers:

Firefox

1. Type "about:config" in URL
2. Search for "security.tls.version.max"
3. Change the value to 3 ---> This will enable TLSv1.3
   
   

Note: These steps will be applicable for Firefox 23.0 or later versions

Chrome

1. Click the wrench icon
2. Choose Setting
3. Show advance setting
4. Click Change proxy settings
5. Select "Advanced" Tab
6. Scroll down and check TLS 1.0
   
   
   
   
7. Close and restart all open browsers

Internet Explorer

1. Click the wrench icon
2. Click on "Internet Options"
3. Select "Advanced" Tab
4. Scoll down and check TLS 1.0
   
   
   
   
5. Close and restart all open browsers
