How to reset SmarterMail admin password?

Following article will guide you to reset the SmarterMail admin password. We assume that you have working SmarterMail admin password.

  1. Login into SmarterMail interface through admin user.

  2. Under Settings, click on System Administrators.

  3. In right hand side pane, you will see admin user.

  4. Check the checkbox of admin user and click on Edit button.

  5. Enter old password and type new passsword, re-type new password.

  6. Click on Save button.
