How do I check my services and hosting packages from client area?

In order to check the services and hosting package details, you will need to log in to your client area. If you do not know how to log in then follow these instructions.

  1. Click on Services menu and choose My Services option

  2. You will be redirected to My Products & Services page. In this page, you can review all your hosting services and its status, which you have registered in this account.

  3. To view more details of any hosting package, click on Active button

  4. Here, you can review the following information of selected hosting package:

    • Registration Date
    • Name of Product/Service with its current status
    • Billing Cycle
    • Recurring Amount
    • Next Due Date
    • Payment Method etc.


  5. From this page, you can also cancel and Upgrade the hosting package by clicking on the Upgrade and Cancel Button respectively.

    Under Server Information tab, you can check the package resources and options to manage it.
