Why I am being asked to submit the ticket, when I seek support through chat? Print

Sometimes, we need written confirmation for Admin/billing tasks from the registered email address. In some technical cases, we may not be able to fix the issues over Live Chat and we may need to put more effort into the investigation. In peak hours, all of our Live Chat operators might be engaged in multiple chat sessions and they could not spare more time in a thorough investigation. In all such cases, we prefer you to write us a support ticket.
