How to change MySQL user password from cPanel?

Steps to change MySQL user password from cPanel:

  1. Login to cPanel with provided credentials.

    MySQL Databases

  2. Click on MySQL databases under Databases section in cPanel.

  3. Locate the Database username from Current Users for which you want to change the password.

    Set Password of Currently Assigned User

  4. Click on Set Password.

  5. Enter the password twice in Password field.

    Set New Password of MySQL User

  6. Click on Change Password.
