How to set Content filtering from SmarterMail web interface?

Following are the steps to set Content filtering from SmarterMail web interface:

  1. Login to your Webmail (i.e. mail.yourdomain.com).

  2. Go to SettingsMy SettingsFilteringContent Filtering and click on New.

    Create New Content Filtering in SmarterMail

  3. Select one option [I.e From Address → From Specific Address] and click on next.

  4. Provide the filter criteria and correct option [Matches or Does not match] and click on next.

  5. Give proper Rule name and select appropriate Actions from below list:

    • Delete Message
    • Bounce Message
    • Move Message
    • Prefix Subject
    • Add Header
    • Copy Message
    • Reroute Message


    Give a Rule Name and Save the Changes

  6. And finally click on Save to apply changes.
