How to check/monitor email traffic from SmarterMail admin?

Following are the steps to check/monitor email traffic from SmarterMail admin login:

  1. Login to SmarterMail using Admin user.

  2. Go to Report → System Summary Reports → Traffic Reports → Message Traffic.

    Select Message Traffic Report to Monitor Email Traffic

  3. Here you will see the number of messages that are being sent and received by all domains on your server.

    • Rank - Rank of user or domain listed within the report.
    • Domain/User - Specific user/domain name.
    • Incoming Messages - Total number of messages received on your account.
    • Outgoing Messages - Total number of messages sent from your account.
    • Incoming Spam Messages - Total number of Spam messages received on your account.
    • Outgoing Spam Messages - Total number of Spam messages sent from your account.


Note: It is recommended to use email validation software before starting an email campaign to reduce bouncebacks.
