Dear Valued Clients,

Purpose of Work:

We have noticed a privilege escalation issue with the following classic ASP components. The attackers gain elevated access to resources that should normally be unavailable to that user due to this issue.

We will remove these components from the Windows 2008 Web server.

If you are using the above components in your website source code, you must implement an alternative solution in your source code with the help of your developers.

We will remove ASPUpload and ASPJpeg components from the webservers on October 01, 2020.

Impact of Work:
Any functionality that is using ASPUpload or ASPJpeg will stop working from 01st Oct 2020 on all Windows 2008 web hosting plans.
