This morning, we were alerted with a possible infection on some nodes server/VPS. We apologize for the delay in responses, but we had to have all hands on desk to address the issue. We have a solution in place and below are the framework:
- identify the impacted VM's
- disconnect them from the network
- restore the VM's from the most recent backup
- apply the hot fixes and updates
- bring the VM's online.
Approx 8-10 hours.
Please understand this will be a manual and detail oriented solution. We
will update each and every customer via ticket once their VM's are up.
