In our ongoing effort to ensure our customers have the best technology and service, please be informed that we will be replacing our servers to the latest hardware. During this maintenance, we will transfer all Virtual Private Servers to the new server.

As we have to meticulously migrate each and every individual VPS, your server will be queued up for migration anytime during the maintenance date mentioned below. Your specific downtime will depend on the size of your VPS. If you would like to schedule this migration at your preferred time, then we can accommodate it. For that you will have to send us your preferred time and date (date should be before 16th December, 2016) via support ticket.

Friday 16 December 2016 06 PM MST through Saturday 17 December 2016 06 AM MST
Saturday 17 December 2016 06 PM MST through Sunday 18 December 2016 06 AM MST

Maintenance Impact & ETA of Outage:
We estimate this process will take approximately 45-60 minutes. During this maintenance, your VPS will not be accessible.

Once the migration task is completed, we will notify you. As of now, there are no DNS/other changes required from your side.
